Sweaty Saturday - $16.50
A full body, quick paced class geared to get the heart rate up and work multiple muscle groups
Beginner's Class - $17
If you are new to weight training, the beginner's class is the perfect place to start! Body weight and/or light weight exercises, combined with the knowledge required to master form, build the foundation of this class in a small group setting.
Half Hour Personal Training Session - $37
Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics, an experienced lifter looking for a quick, challenging sweat session , or simply needing to fit in a workout over your lunch hour, the half hour session is the perfect place to get your training on in a personal one on one environment.
